Low fade starts just above the ear and stays subtle. It suits almost everyone and grows out kindly.
Mid fade starts around the temple — the safe middle ground, and the most-asked-for cut in the shop.
High fade starts at the corner of the forehead. Bold, and it wants re-cutting every two weeks.
Taper is not a fade: it's just the edges — neckline and sideburns — tightened. Perfect between proper cuts.
Drop fade follows the curve of your head down behind the ear. Softer through the back, and very forgiving of a cowlick.
